Before your first class, take a look at a few of the movements you will be working on. The strength movements are practiced the first half of every class to build your strength and skill for the workout of the day. The workout of the day is going to test your conditioning and get you fit quick!

The workout of the day or "WOD" is anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes and will get a swaet going. The best part of these workouts is that there are so many movements and combinations of movements that you will never get bored. Check out some of these great workouts you will try out. All movements can be scaled to your abiliity so can lift safely and have fun!

We run our new upcoming athletes through an On- Ramp program. The program is designed as an introduction to CrossFit. We believe in educating our members properly by taking the extra time to thoroughly breakdown the major movements of CrossFit. This way, we not only gain the safety of proper form and technique right of the bat, but we also increase confidence in our members during class.
